All unframed prints and original paintings on canvas can be posted. All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in top condition. Prints up to 18" x 12” are generally posted flat in a hard-backed enveloped; anything larger than this will be sent in a postage tube. Original paintings are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and bubble-wrap with corner protection. Outer packaging is re-used where possible.​ If you have any special requests for how the artwork is presented (e.g. with gift wrapping), please contact me at gillianhanceyart@gmail.com and I'll do what I can to help. Orders will normally be dispatched within 1-2 weeks. You will receive an e-mail notification when your package is on its way and provide tracking information. If you require the artwork urgently, please contact me at gillianhanceyart@gmail.com and I'll do my best to help. It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase. If you decide for whatever reason after purchase that the artwork is not for you, please contact me within 7 working days of delivery by email to gillianhanceyart@gmail.com. I will issue a full refund (less shipping cost) on receipt of the painting or print in its original condition. Please note that commissions, once approved at all the relevant points in the art process, will not be refunded.
